The hotel is located in the city center, in an excellent location. Metro and bus stations are nearby. The room was cozy, warm and modern. The staff was perfect and the breakfast was very high quality. Wi-Fi was fast and uninterrupted.

Great hotel within walking distance to Porto’s historic center. The beds are comfortable, with two types of pillows, it was warm and clean. The breakfast was really nice! You can find public parking across the street or park underground for a fee.

Breakfast was really nice and available from 7am to 11am. The room was very clean, spacious, and practical with coffee/tea facilities and even chocolates to welcome you. Wi-Fi was fast and worked without any issues. The view from the room was great. The location is really good, close to the biggest public transportation hub from where you can directly go to the airport or other locations in the city by metro/tram or bus. There are restaurants, cafes, bars, and supermarkets nearby.

Location was an 8 minute walk away from a major metro hub (Trindade), a supermarket is also close by. The staff are super friendly. The room was really clean and we were surprised with a complimentary gift for Valentine’s Day. Great view of the city from the room too.

The price/quality ratio was very good. Relative close to the center for people who like to walk a little bit. The room was clean.and the breakfast was good.

The hotel is located close to the train station "Trindade", with all the main landmarks nearby. The windows offer a stunning view of the park, where the sun rises and seagulls soar. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is modern, with a stylish design. The beds are cozy, featuring a good mattress, comfortable pillows, and crisp, snow-white linens. The room is filled with a lot of light. There is a kettle, coffee with cream, tea, and sugar. The bathroom has a great shower that provides maximum relaxation for a tired body. It also includes white towels of various sizes, shampoo, shower gel, soap, and a powerful hairdryer. The hotel corridors have a fresh, citrusy fragrance. A special mention goes to the restaurant with its welcoming staff. We enjoyed fresh vegetables, fruits, pastries, and coffee for breakfast and lunch. God bless Portugal, its people, and its incredibly delicious food. 💛 A truly wonderful place!

The staff, especially Ana and Pedro were very friendly and helpful with all the tips. Also the breakfast waiter was amazing. Alwys kept everything clean and made sure he replaced missing stuff. The breakfast was delicious, every day was the same but still plenty to chose from, also from 7-11am. Clean, quiet, amazing view form our room 503 so not sure what else to add

Breakfast available early and selection good. Room was clean, warm and comfortable and with a lovely view of the park. We were able to walk around Porto from this location. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
